The staff, especially the baggage team, were very friendly and welcoming. The reception staff even gave candies to my children, making them feel comfortable and happy. The hotel provided a comfortable stay for my kids. The location was terrific, with easy access to Tanjong Pagar MRT and Tanjong Pagar Plaza for cheap eats. There were also great clothes shops at International Plaza. Lots of food options within walking distance at Icon Village, 100AM, or Tanjong Pagar Plaza. The hotel was located next to a shopping mall, 100AM, and only a 5-10 minute walk to the MRT station. The hotel was quieter compared to those in Orchard and CBD due to less traffic.
Felt completely at home, no complaints at all.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient and there are many interesting places to explore nearby. The service is excellent as well - the staff were always friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything. The room was also very comfortable and had nice amenities like an ironing board and tea and coffee facilities.
I highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

We had a warm welcome upon arrival, and the check-in process was smooth. The hotel had great access to transportation and was in a great location, with plenty of dining options nearby. The room was spacious and clean, and we enjoyed using the pool. we had a pleasant stay at Amara.
